The Ranch at Prescott HOA Council, on behalf of its members and residents, wish to extend a warm welcome to new residents. You and your family members will find living in our community to be a fulfilling experience as you enjoy the many benefits that Prescott and The Ranch provide. The members of the HOA Council were elected by its members in September 2005 and continue with in the process of creating an effective and efficient homeowners organization. We are confidant that you will quickly feel at home in our beautiful community, backed up to the Prescott National Forrest. It is our hope that you will choose to become active in the operation and continual improvement of our association.

Living in the Ranch offers a secure and friendly atmosphere with a number of activities available to our residents. Lynx Lake with its picnic, fishing and camping facilities is located within the forest only 2 miles up the road. The Ranch has a very active social club (RSC) . One of its functions is to welcome new residents. This club schedules and organizes a number of social activities throughout the year. If you are so inclined, you will find making new friends in The Ranch is as easy as falling off a horse.

A wide variety of informal activities such as various card game groups, gourmet dinner groups,
hiking, book clubs, ladies Bible study, quilting groups and other social activities such as monthly and by-monthly Ladies and Men's events are offered. The Ranch also has one of the finest tennis courts in the Prescott area. If you play tennis you are invited to join our Tennis Club. The Tennis Club was created and is maintained by Tennis Club members.

The Ranch also has a number of relaxing natural scenic walking trails that wind through the common areas. These trails are also maintained by the residents. Within the city of Prescott there are a number of social and volunteer activities available to those who choose to take part.

If you are new to the Ranch you will be contacted by the Ranch Social Club (RSC) Membership Committee.
