Welcome New Residents

The Ranch at Prescott HOA Council, on behalf of its members and residents, wish to extend a warm welcome to new residents. You and your family members will find living in our community to be a fulfilling experience as you enjoy the many benefits that Prescott and The Ranch provide. The members of the HOA Council were elected by its members in September 2005 and continue with the process of creating an effective and efficient homeowners organization. We are confident that you will quickly feel at home in our beautiful community, backed up to the Prescott National Forest. It is our hope that you will choose to become active in the operation and continual improvement of our association.

Living in The Ranch offers a secure and friendly atmosphere with a number of activities available to our residents. Lynx Lake with its picnic, fishing and camping facilities is located within the forest only a few miles up Walker Road. There is a natural scenic walking trail that winds through one of our common areas. The trail is maintained by the residents and can become difficult especially during the monsoon season. The Ranch has one of the finest tennis/pickle ball courts in the Prescott area. Within the City of Prescott there are a number of social and volunteer activities available to those that want to take part.

The very active social club would like to welcome all new residents and hope you will ask your neighbors about the club. A wide variety of informal activities are available such as card games, dinner groups, hiking, book clubs, ladies bible study, quilting and other social activities. If you are new to the Ranch and want to join the Ranch Social Club please click on the Social Club link for contact and additional information. The club will provide a packet of information relating to the Ranch and the Prescott community.

All property owners of The Ranch are eligible to be members of the Ranch Social Club. Dues are $25 each year and a newsletter is published and mailed or emailed to all members every other month. The newsletter details activities held during the previous 2 months and lists upcoming activities throughout the year.
